SC Coordinator

The Parts Operations Center (POC) is seeking a highly organized and analytical SC Coordinator to support our Equipment Operation Centers operations across the United States. This role serves as a critical link between inventory management, parts sourcing, Green Parts recovery, supplier coordination, replenishment planning, and field service support. The position is responsible for ensuring technicians and service teams have the right parts available at the right time while driving inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.

The core responsibilities are supporting day-to-day inventory operations, coordinating Green Parts initiatives, processing and managing orders is Scope, supporting supplier relationships, analyzing inventory performance, and providing responsive support to Equipment Operation Centers, supervisors, and lead technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external partners
• Provide support through conference calls, emails, and team meetings
• Assess inventory levels to determine inaccuracies and shrinkage
• Create reports for operations center locations to promote meeting parts line planned budgets
• Analyze inventories to provide replenishment of parts on a bi-weekly basis and minimize overstock or out of stock parts.
• Complete parts requests from the Equipment Operation Centers using internal ordering files, and inventory applications
• Coordinate and support for the POC team
• Participate in department meetings, events, and committees
• Ability to train cross functionally within the PES Parts department through customer service, supplier, replenishment, and small parts roles
• Any other tasks or duties as assigned by manager

Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,900 - $73,250. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications:

• Basic Qualifications:
• HS Diploma or Equivalent
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to communicate with peers, supervisors, and suppliers
• Ability to prioritize and plan appropriately to reach business needs
• Ability to adapt to changes and flexibility with tasks
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and suppliers
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Must be able to perform job duties in an open concept, interactive office environment
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Scope, ERT, Business Objects, CETS, etc. capabilities and restraints
• Demonstrated understanding of POC (PES Parts) processes and functions
