Summary
Seeking Charge Nurse – Weekend Only. Full‑time overnight shifts (7PM‑7AM) at WOW Baptist Health ER & Urgent Care in Sellersburg.
Responsibilities- Act as a resource nurse for the department.
- Coordinate patient care on designated shifts.
- Provide leadership to unit staff and direct patient care.
- Determine staffing fluctuations during shifts and respond to departmental concerns.
- Address immediate staff issues and coordinate patient flow.
- Maintain oversight of employees performing related work.
- Graduate of an approved nursing program.
- Current Indiana or compact state RN license.
- BLS for Healthcare Provider required.
- PALS required within 12 months of hire.
- ACLS required within 12 months of hire.
- NIH Stroke Scale Certification required within 10 weeks of hire.
- One year of nursing experience.
