Seven Healthcare is pleased to offer a per-diem opportunity for an RN – Home Health in Sellersburg, IN. This assignment offers flexible 2-hour to 8-hour day shifts, allowing you to build a schedule that suits your lifestyle while earning $72.50 per hour providing exceptional care to patients in their homes.

• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes based on individualized care plans
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor ongoing health conditions
• Administer medications, treatments, wound care, and other physician-ordered services
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, and recovery plans
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements
• Identify changes in patient conditions and implement appropriate interventions
• Promote patient safety, independence, and quality of life within the home setting

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience, preferably in Home Health, Med-Surg, Rehabilitation, or a related specialty
• Active Indiana RN license
• Current BLS certification required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple patient visits efficiently
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license may be required
