Plan for each shift (crew positioning, stock levels); monitor crew performance during the shift, and take action to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards;
Maintain safety and security during the shift; ensure cash controls are in place during the shift (safe contents, skims, deposits, cash +/-);
Oversee profitability of the shift; manage labor and food cost;
Handle and oversee crew schedules; coordinate breaks for the team; enforce labor laws and company policies;
Lead food safety procedures and cleanliness measures to meet McDonald's standards
