Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of ‘IMG mechanical method’.

Duties and responsibilities include formulating departmental policies and procedures, managing daily operations, and planning the use of departmental materials and human resources.

• Overall production management of IMG molding machines (several units). In case of problems, carry out solutions in consultation with the relevant team and conduct improvement work on the entire production lines.
• Overall production management of injection molding machines (several units of various tons). In case of problems, resolve issues in consultation with the relevant team (maintenance, development, quality, etc.).
• Develop a strategic plan to advance the company’s mission and objectives and promote revenue, profitability, and growth.
• Evaluate performance of departmental managers and operators for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company and contributions in attaining objectives.
• Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.
• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the plant.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and manufacturing standards.

• Personal computer proficiency and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to multi‑task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Proven track record in operations and production in a manufacturing environment.

• Ability to oversee overall plant investment and budget management.
• Skills in examining and re‑engineering operations and procedures.

• BS Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Previous experience in a management role in the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
• Experience in formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
