Purchasing Manager

Bush Hog, Rhino Ag, and Dixie Chopper are leading brands in the agricultural and outdoor power equipment industry. We're looking for a Purchasing Manager to lead our procurement team and play a key role in strengthening and modernizing our supply chain.

** What You Bring*
* + p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> 10+ years of purchasing or supply chain experience in manufacturing

+ p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> 5+ years of leadership experience

+ p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Strong negotiation and supplier management skills

Experience with ERP/MRP systems

+ p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Knowledge of Lean, Kanban, or JIT principles

+ p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Strong business acumen and decision-making skills
