• Provide patient-centered care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and post-surgical care as needed.
• Monitor patients' conditions, communicate changes to physicians, and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery expectations, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.

Candidate requirements

• Current RN license in Alabama.
• 1-2 years of recent experience in a medical-surgical unit is preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification is a plus.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
