Alabama or compact RN License BLS (AHA) 2 years experience Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of practice. Minimum 1–2 years acute care experience, preferably in ICU. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Strong critical thinking, patient assessment, and ventilator/monitoring skills. Ability to respond quickly in high-acuity situations and work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Provides specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU. Monitors and assesses patient conditions, collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and ensures adherence to clinical protocols. Delivers high-quality, compassionate care while managing life-support equipment and complex treatments. Maintains accurate patient records and communicates effectively with families.
