Hardees Shift Leader - Selma

Carl's Jr. & Hardee's -  - Responsibilities:
Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness;
Train and develop crew under the direction of management;
Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew;
Conduct crew meetings prior to shifts to discuss operations, promotions, safety, and training;
Manage labor cost to meet company standards and control inventory to meet GAP standards;
Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and maintain accurate reports and records;
Maintain building and equipment with proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures;
Ensure compliance with HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies while in charge of the shift
