Direct Sales Agent Specialist

National General, an Allstate company, is looking for a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive profitable growth by generating new business, cross‑selling existing customers, and building lasting relationships.

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross‑selling, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals.
• Develop relationships within the community (e.g., dealerships, events, local partners) to support business growth.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow‑ups to convert opportunities into sales.
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition.
• Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations.

• 0–2 years of experience in direct sales or related field.
• P&C licensing (Preferred) or a commitment to attain required licensure within 90 days of hire.

Base compensation: $20.00 per hour.
Total compensation: Base rate plus incentive pay, commissions and bonuses based on individual and team performance.
