We are seeking dependable, safety-focused Class A CDL Roll-Off Drivers who take pride in delivering outstanding customer service while operating safely and efficiently.

Position Summary

Denali Water Solutions is seeking a reliable and experienced Class A CDL Roll-Off Driver to support bakery plant operations throughout the Selma, California area. This position is responsible for safely transporting roll-off containers, totes, bins, and organic materials between customer locations and processing facilities while maintaining strict compliance with DOT regulations and Denali's industry-leading safety standards.

Drivers will safely operate Class A roll-off equipment while servicing bakery facilities and commercial customer locations. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working independently while maintaining excellent customer relationships and completing scheduled routes efficiently.

This position is designated as Safety-Sensitive and requires sound judgment, professionalism, and a commitment to protecting the safety of our employees, customers, and the communities we serve.

Schedule
  • Average of 50 hours per week
  • Typical 8-hour shifts with occasional 10-hour days based on operational needs
  • Weekend availability required for emergency situations
  • Overtime opportunities available as business demands require
  • Safely operate Class A CDL roll-off trucks in accordance with DOT regulations and company safety policies.
  • Transport and exchange roll-off containers at bakery plants and customer locations.
  • Pick up and deliver totes, bins, and organic materials safely and efficiently.
  • Perform scheduled route assignments while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Operate roll-off hoist systems and related equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment.
  • Secure all loads in compliance with DOT and company requirements.
  • Maintain accurate Electronic Logging Device (ELD) records, driver logs, and route documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, operations, and customers throughout the workday.
  • Maintain truck cleanliness and report maintenance or mechanical concerns immediately
  • Report accidents, injuries, equipment damage, or safety hazards promptly
  • Attend required safety meetings, operational briefings, and ongoing training.
  • Follow all DOT, OSHA, company, and customer safety requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
