Norfolk Southern is seeking a Conductor to safely build trains, couple railcars, deliver to customers, and manage documentation. You will learn to troubleshoot issues, follow safety procedures, and report incidents; no prior railroad experience is required as training is provided.
This is a seniority-based position on the extra board with on-call duties 24/7, 90 minutes’ notice, and 2–3 days away from home weekly. A union membership is required within 60 days after training.
