Warehouse Worker

National Star Services is a 28‑year‑old facility management company providing a variety of services nationwide. We are currently seeking a Warehouse Helper for our Selma, TX 78154 location.

• Follow safety procedures and complete required documentation accurately.
• Learn and utilize inventory management and tracking systems.
• Operate and understand warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load finished products onto customer and company trucks accurately.
• Report safety hazards and concerns promptly.
• Maintain productivity and composure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve operational goals.
• Stay organized and manage daily tasks professionally.
• Demonstrate leadership and a positive influence within the team.
• Practice safe work habits and uphold quality standards at all times.

• Sunday – Thursday from 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• Monday – Friday from 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

• 1st shift: $15.00 per hour
• 2nd shift: $16.00 per hour
• Weekly pay

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus!
• Must have two valid forms of IDs.
• Own transportation to get to work on time.
• Have and wear Steel-toe boots at work.
• Must be able to start working as soon as possible.
