The Senior Accountant will work closely with accounting leadership, play a key role in the month-end close process, financial reporting, and account analysis, while helping drive process improvements and operational efficiencies. • Lead monthly close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and general ledger reconciliations

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management reports

• Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances

• Support inventory accounting, cost analysis, and operational accounting functions

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records in accordance with company policies

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen internal controls

• Partner with operations and leadership teams to support business objectives

• Assist with audits, compliance requirements, and special projects as assigned

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting

• Experience with month-end close and account analysis

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
