Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support our production operations. The role involves full‑time work from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, in a dynamic environment. Training on necessary software will be provided.
Job TitleAdministrative Assistant
Responsibilities- Track labor by entering all shop hours for the paint department, plasma, laser, and shop overhead.
- Generate and close work orders for stock and whole‑good orders, including plasma and laser work orders.
- Communicate with vendors to manage purchasing processes, including generating costing spreadsheets, issuing, following up, receiving, and closing purchase orders.
- Provide production assistance and undergo training on required software.
- Perform miscellaneous clerical duties such as answering and routing incoming phone calls, assisting with clarifications, adjustments, and revisions, record keeping, filing, and shredding.
- Proficiency in data entry, clerical tasks, and administrative support.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and multitasking abilities.
- Basic command of computer skills.

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The dress code is casual, allowing jeans and a neat appearance. The role demands punctuality, reliability, and adherence to safety guidelines while maintaining a clean and organized work area. A professional attitude in communication with all personnel, vendors, and customers is expected.

Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
