Substitute Administrative Assistant; Districtwide

Administrative Clerk

Under the direction of the assigned Principal, perform administrative and clerical tasks in support of school and department programs, services and activities; answer phones; maintain files; assist students, parents, staff and visitors.

Education and Experience:

Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and four years of clerical or secretarial experience involving frequent public contact. Please attach a resume or summary of experience, and three (3) letters of recommendation.

Typing verification certificate must be attached to the application to be considered (minimum 45 words per minute required, 60 words per minute preferred).
