Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, text, and email
- Make outbound follow-up callsto recent and potential customers
- Set appointments for the sales team and track results in the CRM
- Assist customers with vehicle information and initial financing options
- Follow up with no-shows or undecided leads
