What You Will Do

• eCommerce Strategy and Planning:
  Develop, execute, and refine the eCommerce strategy in alignment with company objectives.

• Webshop Management:
  Oversee the design, functionality, and performance of the eCommercewebsite.
• Ensure a user-friendly and responsive website that is optimized forsearch engines.
• Merchandising and Product Management:
  Manage the product catalog, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.
• Implement strategies to optimize product presentation and sales.
• Digital Marketing:
  Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media.
• Monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Data Analytics:
  Use data and analytics tools to gain insights into customer behavior and sales trends.
• Make data-driven decisions to improve eCommerce operations.
• Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
  Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Oversee delivery logistics to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Budget Management:
  Manage the eCommerce budget, allocate resources effectively, and monitor expenses to ensure profitability.
• Market Research and Trend Analysis:
  Stay informed about eCommerce industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, marketing, or a related field(MBA preferred).
• Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in eCommerce management and onlinesales.
• Leadership and team management skills.
