Finance Manager - MNC Manufacturing

Lead end-to-end finance operations for the Indonesia business while acting as a strategic partner to management. This role oversees FP&A, reporting, controlling, tax, and daily finance operations, while driving transformation initiatives.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Oversee reporting, controlling, cash flow, AP/AR, and tax planning
• Provide commercial insights to support business decisions
• Drive process improvements and finance transformation
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal controls
• Partner with commercial, operations, and supply chain teams
• Placement in Semarang

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related field; CPA or Brevet Tax certification will be an advantage
• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, including at least 3 years with strong tax exposure
• Manufacturing background is preferred
• Solid understanding of Indonesian taxation regulations
• Familiar with D365 and other accounting/ERP systems, with strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Based in Semarang
