A senior leadership role that unites creative brand vision with commercial product development. This role is responsible for defining the brand’s identity, ensuring a cohesive product assortment, and driving marketadoption through strategic marketing. They bridge the gap between design, manufacturing, and marketing to ensureproducts align with market trends and consumer needs.
What You Will Do- Product Strategy & Development
:
Define product roadmaps, curate collections, and manage the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch. - Brand Positioning & Management
:
Define brand identity, voice, and visual standards to ensure consistency across all touchpoints (retail, wholesale). - Market Intelligence
:
Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform new product opportunities and pricing strategies. - Go-to-Market Strategy
:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns and launch initiatives to maximize product adoption and revenue. - Cross-Functional Leadership
:
Partner with design, engineering, sales, and manufacturing teams to ensureoperational feasibility, quality, and timely delivery. - Financial & Performance Management
:
Track KPIs such as category performance, sales metrics, and ROI for marketing campaigns.
- Experience:
5-10+ years in furniture design, product management, brand strategy, or related roles. - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or Marketing. - Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of furniture manufacturing, materials, and design trends. - Leadership:
Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and mentoring personnel. - Strategic Thinking:
Ability to translate consumer insights into actionable product and brand strategies.
- Ability to sit, stand, and move for extended periods, including walking through office and warehouse spaces.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for computer work, sketching, and handling material samples.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally for supplier visits, trade shows, and design development meetings.
- Visual acuity to assess product details, colors, and finishes accurately.
- Ability to adapt to various work environments, including office settings and warehouses.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
- Pay range:
Up to 280 million per year. - 1X THR (based on THP) per year.
