Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts.
- Manage pastry section operations, including inventory control and staff supervision.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized pastry kitchen.
- Proven minimum 1-4 years of experience as a Pastry Chef, Pastry Chef de Partie, or in a similar role within the Food & Beverages industry.
- In-depth knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, and dessert presentation.
- Strong creativity and the ability to develop new recipes and innovative dessert concepts.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for high‑quality culinary presentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced kitchen environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse kitchen team.
