Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales process, including prospecting, negotiating, offering, and sales closing.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Propose process improvements and innovations to enhance project effectiveness and sales performance.
  • Identify and resolve issues that may affect project success.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and stakeholders throughout project execution.
  • General Responsibilities
  • Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
  • Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
  • Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
  • Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
  • Reports directly to the Sales Project Manager regarding project progress, performance, and issues.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project progress and sales performance to management.
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, Transport Management or related fields).
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or commercial role.
    • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and managerial abilities.
    • Communicative, well-presented, and demonstrates high level of integrity.
    • A collaborative and proactive team player.
