Sales Executive – Ink

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive for Semarang area with proven B2B sales experience in finished offset printing ink to expand our business across Indonesia.

Develop new business opportunities with offset printing companies, commercial printers, packaging printers, carton box manufacturers, label printing companies, and related distributors across Indonesia.

Promote and sell the company's finished offset printing ink products.

Conduct customer visits, identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, arrange product trials, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, close sales, and follow up on payment collection.

Coordinate with headquarters and the technical team to provide product recommendations and technical support.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers while actively acquiring new customers.

Develop and maintain a customer database and submit regular sales activity reports.

Collect market information, including competitor activities, pricing, customer requirements, and market trends.

Participate in exhibitions and networking events to strengthen Kingswood presence in the Indonesian printing industry.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Bachelor's Degree in any major.

Minimum 2 years of experience selling finished offset printing ink.

Strong network with offset printing companies in Indonesia.

Proven experience in new customer acquisition and account management.

Good understanding of offset printing processes and printing ink applications.

Experience conducting press trials, ink sampling, and technical discussions with printing factories is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Willing to travel frequently for customer visits.

Good command of English is preferred.

Mandarin will be an advantage.

Only candidates with direct experience in selling finished offset printing ink will be prioritized.
