Memiliki pengalaman min 2 tahun sebagai Supervisor/Foreman Mekanik Truck di dunia trucking atau ATPM minimal 2 tahun
Memiliki pengalaman dalam bidang perbaikan engine, understel, electrical, dan body repairtruck
Memiliki pengalaman di Bengkel Mobil atau Karoseri Truck/Bus
Memiliki kemampuan mengatur load kerja mekanik
Terbiasa membuat analisa dengan baik
Bersedia piket di hari minggu atau libur nasional
Memahami perbaikan untuk jenis truk jepang (Hino, Isuzu , Nissan, UD)
