Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 base salary (up to $165,000 for an exceptional fit) + discretionary bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Senior Manager:

• Lead the month-end and year-end close process across multiple entities
• Oversee accruals, fixed asset accounting, payroll, and general ledger activities
• Manage and develop a team of U.S.
  
  -based and India-based accounting professionals
• Serve as the primary escalation point for accounting issues and process execution
• Drive accounting process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Partner with finance and leadership teams to support business growth initiatives

Qualifications for the Accounting Senior Manager:

• CPA certification
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong Big Four public accounting foundation with industry accounting experience
• Proven leadership experience managing teams, preferably across multiple locations or countries
• ERP experience required; SAP experience preferred
