Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated EC3 Teacher Assistant to join our Early Childhood team. The ideal candidate will support our lead teacher in creating a safe, engaging, and faith-filled learning environment for our youngest students. This position can be either part-time or full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the lead EC3 teacher with daily classroom activities, lesson preparation, and classroom management.

* Support students in their academic, social, and spiritual development.

* Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.

* Supervise students during indoor and outdoor activities, including playtime and meals/snacks.

* Foster a positive and nurturing relationship with students, parents, and staff.

* Participate in professional development, and school events as needed.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience working with young children (preferred but not required).

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work as part of a team in a faith-centered environment.

* Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for children.

* Must pass background checks, have all 20 clock hours, and comply with all diocesan and school safety requirements.
