We are seeking a Program Manager to lead and coordinate strategic initiatives across multiple projects. The Program Manager will be responsible for aligning projects with organizational goals, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of programs on time, within budget, and with measurable business impact.
What You’ll Do- Lead and oversee multiple projects within strategic programs
- Develop program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and KPIs
- Align projects with company goals and cross-functional priorities
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and issues; drive resolution and escalation
- Communicate program status and outcomes to executives and stakeholders
- Support and guide project managers and cross-functional teams
- Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- 1+ years of program/project management experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience managing budgets and stakeholder expectations
