Receiving Night Shift - Highbay Operator

Job Description

Kontoor Brands is a portfolio of iconic lifestyle, outdoor and workwear brands, including Wrangler®, Lee®, and Helly Hansen®. We are seeking a forklift operator/picker to support our distribution center operations.

• Operate forklift/high-bay to load and unload freight.
• Palletize freight and manually load/unload boxes.
• Pick and/or pack product for shipment using a radio frequency (RF) device.
• Ensure timely, high-quality picking and packing.
• Transfer items to other functions within the DC as directed.
• Observe all safety and work guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

• Read shipping labels printed in English.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain good quality standards and attendance.
• Good reading comprehension and communication skills.

• Occasional overhead reaching and lifting.
• Carry up to 35 pounds consistently.
• Use stairs throughout the day.
• Operate around conveyor and racks of product.

Position requires working around equipment such as conveyors and rolling stock, potentially involving noise and dust. Work may involve high levels of noise and exposure to dust.
