Job Summary

The Production Manager oversees all daily production operations within the fiberglass pool manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, efficiency, engagement, and team performance while fostering a strong culture aligned with Latham's Core Values.

What You Will Do:

* Lead and supervise production operations to achieve labor efficiency targets and minimize variance through effective staffing and resource utilization.

* Promote and enforce company safety policies to maintain a safety‑first environment across all production areas.

* Ensure consistent product quality through ongoing oversight of manufacturing processes and regular in‑process inspections.

* Implement and support training and cross‑training programs.

* Manage daily production output to meet schedule requirements and support on‑time delivery.
