Merchandiser - Seminole

Position: MERCHANDISER - SEMINOLE
Job Description:

Merchandiser As an Ada Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Merchandiser, It is your responsibility to stock the locations that you are assigned. Coolers, Displays, and the shelves that we have in the stores must be maintained throughout the day to increase the sales of our products in these locations.

Attendance:

As an Ada Coca-Cola Bottling Co. employee, you are required to be present when scheduled by your supervisor.

You are expected to arrive at the plant ready to work at the time specified by your supervisor. (see attendance policy, pg. 19 ACCBC handbook)
Clock in and out for Day and Lunch as scheduled.

Appearance:

No earrings or visible tattoos while on the job.

Neat appearance, trimmed facial hair, neat hair. (Refer to employee handbook).Uniform policy information will be provided to you by your supervisor.

If a hat is worn, it must be worn correctly and Coke/Dr. Pepper identified.

Communication:

Communicate with salesman on loss of displays.

Communicate with salesman on moving of displays.

Communicate with salesman on any issues whereby;

Customer is not satisfied with our service.

Delivery issues whereby product was not at store on a timely basis for merchandisers.

Any damaged /misloaded/wrong product.

Duties:

Follow the standard operating procedure provided to you by your supervisor.

Stocking and facing all coolers at your location. Remember to rotate.

Stocking and maintaining the displays on the floor in your location.

Stocking and facing our isle of products.

Rotate the back stock to prevent out of date product.

The use of cellphones is prohibited while on the floor. (That is what break-time is for.)Unless talking with another coke employee about subjects pertaining to work.

Visiting on coke time that does not pertain to the job is prohibited. (Visit at break-time.)No texting or headphones while on the floor.

Making sure everything looks merchandised before you leave and are relieved by another merchandiser.

Every store is different; take it upon yourself to learn what is expected of you, by our customers, at each of your locations.

Position is an hourly position that pays  per hour plus mileage and incentives.

Must have valid driver's license.

Must be able to perform the physical duties of the job.

Must be able to work in the Shawnee/Tecumseh areas.
