Your role and responsibilities

This role is responsible for overseeing the production execution and quality inspection processes at key checkpoints (quality gates) throughout the manufacturing workflow. It ensures products meet defined quality standards before progressing to the next production phase or shipment. The Production Excellence Coordinator will monitor workflow and guide the production team, collaborate with cross‑functional departments as needed, and drive a continuous improvement culture surrounding Quality First.

The work model for the role is onsite.

This role contributes to the ELSP Senatobia, MS factory in USA.

  • Coordinate and execute 100% quality gate inspections at critical manufacturing stages to identify defects and non‑conformities. (functional and aesthetic as defined by engineering)
  • Document inspection results, and ensure appropriate corrective actions including active training (or re‑training) are implemented promptly in the moment
  • Drive shift team in allocating, coordinating, and overseeing shift orders and work plan execution within production lines to meet production targets
  • Conduct all types of production assembly work including testing, packaging, inspection
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of entire production flow (assembly, testing, and packaging)
  • Basic computer skills and understanding of overall manufacturing operations.
  • Required to stand, bend, walk for extended periods of time throughout shift.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations.
  • Detailed and team oriented.
  • Flexible to work overtime with little or no notice.
