Senior General Manager

At Calbee North America, we're passionate about creating great snacks and building great teams. We're seeking a Senior General Manager to lead our Senatobia manufacturing facility and drive the next phase of growth and operational excellence.

This highly visible leadership role is responsible for overseeing manufacturing, maintenance, warehousing, food safety, and continuous improvement initiatives while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and performance.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience working within world-class food or consumer products organizations.
• Salty snack industry experience is highly desired.
• Strong understanding of extrusion processes and high-speed packaging operations.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale operations and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience driving continuous improvement, equipment reliability, and operational excellence.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and SQF experience are a plus.
