Production Unit Manager ASSEMBLER III
- Primarily troubleshoot and repair breakers.
- Understand how the product works, need to be able to work on all stations.
- Understand how the accessories work with the product.
- Know how Turn on and off all equipment.
- Know how to interpret tester data.
- Red tag process at the end of the each shift.
- Record tally at the end of the day for red tagged breakers.
- Assist in training of the operators and give feedback on quality issues on the line.
- Record production data issues daily and manage defect tracker.
- Support with trainings of the other employees.
- Perform housekeeping duties throughout the shift and at designated times.
- Able to run all testing equipment.
- Supports Coordinator in keeping the operation moving.
- Other duties as deemed necessary or assigned.
The work model for the role is: {Onsite}
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)- Required to stand, bend walk for extended periods of time throughout shift.
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills and understanding of overall manufacturing operations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations.
- Detailed and team oriented.
- Flexible to work overtime with little or no notice.
- Be able to lift to 50lbs.
- Required to know all of the stations of the assembly line.
