We're looking for a skilled Electromechanical Maintenance Technician to join our 2nd shift team. In this role, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining automated production equipment with a strong focus on PLC-controlled systems, electrical components, and industrial automation. Your expertise will play a critical role in maximizing equipment uptime, improving reliability, and supporting production goals.

What You Will Do Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled equipment, electrical systems, sensors, drives, and motor controls.

Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control drawings.

Diagnose automation system issues using PLC software and electrical testing equipment.

Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.

Install, modify, and maintain electrical and electromechanical systems.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.

Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform efficient troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

Maintain compliance with all safety policies and procedures.a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb;}tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #;}tr th { background-color: #;}Who You Are Associate's Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, or related field preferred.
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley preferred).Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control drawings.

Knowledge of VFDs, motors, sensors, relays, and industrial controls.

Self-motivated problem solver with strong attention to detail.
