Long-Term Care Nursing Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Long-Term Care Nursing Professional to provide high-quality care and support to residents in a long-term care setting. This role is vital in ensuring the well-being, comfort, and overall quality of life for our residents.

• Assess and monitor the health needs of residents, providing appropriate nursing interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are implemented.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding health management and care options.
• Document resident care accurately and in a timely manner to ensure continuity of care.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.

• Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
• Experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact.

Position available in multiple locations within the region, including cities in Texas.
