Provide treatment services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to improve patient mobility, strength, and function. Implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress, collaborate with the care team, and maintain accurate documentation in line with facility and regulatory standards.

Active Kansas state PTA license, current BLS certification, with preferred prior SNF experience.

Strong communication, teamwork, patient care, documentation, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.

Assist in patient treatment, monitor and document progress, collaborate with healthcare team, and ensure compliance with facility policies.
