We are looking for a team-oriented, customer-focused professional to join a growing insurance agency in Seneca, Kansas.

What You'll Do:

• Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Help customers identify insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Prepare insurance quotes and explain policy options.
• Assist with policy changes, renewals, and claims support.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Complete training and licensing requirements as needed.
• Work collaboratively with a supportive, team-oriented office.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Self-motivated with a positive, team-first attitude.
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office.
• Reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience in sales, customer service, banking, retail, financial services, or insurance.
• An agricultural background is a plus.
• Experience building customer relationships is highly valued.
