Seneca, SC Pay Range:$13.50 Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Our client, a healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join their team. As an Administrative Specialist, you will be an essential part of the administrative support team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient interactions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, organization, and a compassionate attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's

the Job?
  • Execute advanced front office duties efficiently and accurately, treating all patients with dignity and respect.
  • Check patients in and out, schedule appointments, make reminder calls, and update patient information as needed.
  • Request payment for services rendered and ensure proper documentation.
  • Receive phone consults and referrals, notify team leaders, and import related paperwork into patient charts.
  • Provide backup coverage for the Patient Intake area as required and perform other duties as assigned.
What's Needed?
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative or healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Office, and MS Excel.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Credential requirements: 100042, 100006.
  • Ability to arrive a few minutes early to start duties promptly at 8:30 a.m.
