You'll work alongside experienced engineers, developing technical solutions while building your expertise in a supportive environment.

• Interpret customer specifications, drawings, and power system requirements for Low Voltage Motor Control Centers.
• Create concise engineering instructions to generate approval packages and/or manufacturing releases.
• Work with the field office to resolve discrepancies between customer documentation and order entry, obtaining change orders as necessary to meet customer timelines.

• Four‑year degree in engineering or two‑year degree plus applicable motor control experience.
• 3–5 years of engineering or technical experience.
• Knowledge of Low‑voltage Motor Control Centers and practical technical knowledge of automation.
• General working knowledge of control logic sufficient to create drawings independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working directly with internal and external customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or project‑based environments.

• Pay range: USD 68,000 - USD 102,000 per year (base plus short‑term incentives).
