Join our Electrical Systems Design team as an Engineer II and bring your technical expertise to projects that power critical infrastructure worldwide. You'll design electrical systems, solve complex technical challenges, and work on innovative solutions across AC, DC, and hybrid power applications in a role that offers real technical depth and career growth.
What will you do?- Design and optimize electrical power systems including distribution networks for HV, MV, and LV applications
- Develop both conceptual and detailed engineering studies that establish technical strategies and equipment specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve product and system issues in lab settings and at customer sites
- Prepare technical documentation, risk assessments, and reports that support customer solutions and internal standards
- Electrical Distribution Systems — intermediate level; designing reliable distribution networks for diverse applications
- Installation Design — intermediate level; creating practical installation plans that meet technical and safety standards
- Technical Solution Design — intermediate level; translating customer requirements into actionable engineering deliverables
- Problem Solving — intermediate level; diagnosing and resolving technical issues independently
- Product Application — intermediate level; selecting and specifying equipment that meets project needs
- Active Listening — intermediate level; understanding stakeholder needs to deliver targeted solutions
- Personal Productivity — intermediate level; managing multiple technical tasks with minimal supervision

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 86,400 - USD 129,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
