Integrity In-Home Care LLC is seeking compassionate and experienced caregivers to provide care for a client with cognitive impairment.
This position requires strong attention to safety, the ability to maintain structure and routine, and consistent communication with family and agency staff.
Schedule
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
7 days per week
Must have flexibility to transition to 24/7 awake coverage if care needs increase
Responsibilities
Ensure client safety and supervision
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Medication reminders
Meal preparation
Light housekeeping
Provide companionship and cognitive engagement
Maintain daily routine and structure
Observe and report any changes in condition
Complete accurate documentation
Qualifications
Experience with dementia or Alzheimer’s care preferred
Patient, calm, and dependable
Strong communication skills
Reliable transportation
Ability to follow care plans and agency policies
Requirements
Must pass drug screening
Must pass background check
Must complete required competency trainings prior to starting
Must be reliable and available for assigned schedule
