Position: RN – Labor & Delivery / Postpartum

Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Call: Required
Float: Required
Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend

Medication System: Omnicell

Special Procedures / Unit Responsibilities:

• LDRP with nursery responsibilities
• Baby-Friendly Facility

Patient Ratios:

• 1:1 with labor patients
• 1:2 with Cytotec inductions
• 1:1 with Mag sulfate patients
• 1:3 with couplet (mother-baby) care
• 1:1 if a baby goes to the sick nursery

Certifications Required:

• ACLS
• AWHONN Intermediate
• BLS
• NRP
• RN state licensure

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
