Title: Nuclear Medicine Tech (PET/CT – Hybrid NM/CT)
Location: Seneca, SC 29672
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday – 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM)
Job Responsibilities and Required/Preferred Skills and Requirements:- Perform Nuclear Medicine and CT procedures in a hybrid PET/CT setting.
- Conduct PET scans, including:
- Tumor localization
- Limited studies
- Whole body imaging
- SPECT (Single-Photon Emission CT) – Bone
- Maintain and follow proper protocols for:
- Isolation precautions and PPE
- Starting and maintaining IVs
- Storage, handling, and disposal of radioactive materials
- Work in an adult hospital setting with 1:1 patient ratio.
- Must be comfortable operating required imaging equipment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the field.
- Must have 1 year of EPIC EMR experience.
- Unit may consider first-time travelers based on experience.
- Travel experience not required.
Certifications:
- SCRQSA certification
- ARRT (N) and/or NMTCB registered
- ARRT (CT) registered or NMTCB (CT) (required for team members working in South Carolina)
- BLS
