Addressing Patient Scheduling and Eligibility Functions for Referring Physician Offices.

• Schedule appointments and handle incoming calls
• Utilize the Radiology Information System (RIS)
• Advise referring offices of exam requirements and eligibility procedures

• Knowledge of scheduling procedures, paperwork processing, and insurance coverages
• Proficiency in medical terminology and authorization/eligibility practices
• Familiarity with CPT and ICD‑9 coding
• Strong customer service skills and keyboard proficiency

The hourly range for this position is $15.00. Final determinations may vary based on education, experience, certifications, and geographic location.
