Location: Seneca, SC (Onsite)
Shift: 1st Shift - Days (12-hour shifts)
Pay Rate: Up to $35/hour (DOE)

HTI is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a global manufacturing client in Seneca, South Carolina. This is a day-shift opportunity in a stable, high-performing industrial environment with strong pay and long-term growth potential.
Position Overview
As a Maintenance Technician, you will work closely with the reliability team to maintain plant equipment and systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
What You'll Do
During your 12-hour day shift, you will:
- Collaborate with the reliability group to identify equipment and system issues
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and prevent breakdowns
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on industrial equipment
- Perform metal fabrication, welding, and related mechanical work
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on plant and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Work independently when needed and follow written instructions
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and cutting/burning tools
- Operate material handling equipment as required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Complete all maintenance documentation accurately and on time
- High School Diploma or GED required (Technical Degree preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Experience with precision maintenance on rotating equipment
- Familiarity with SAP or similar maintenance systems
- Ability to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Proven commitment to safety and teamwork
- Pay up to $35/hour (depending on experience)
