Now hiring for a Molding Operator
Location: Seneca, SC
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour | 3rd Shift: 11:30 AM - 8:00 AM | Monday–Friday | Overtime as needed
Responsibilities- Operate molding equipment and monitor product quality to ensure consistency and safety in a fast-paced production environment.
- Follow work instructions and production schedules; adjust equipment as needed to maintain production targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; report any issues to supervision promptly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.
- Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment.
- Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic technical documentation.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to monitor equipment for proper operation.
- Ability to perform quality inspections and maintain production standards.
- Commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and dependable attendance.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
