Laser Machine Operator

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Laser Machine Operator to join our team client’s team in Seneca, SC. The ideal candidate will be committed to producing quality work, following established procedures, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

• Verify machine setup against specification sheets and work order marking requirements.
• Inspect the first drill to ensure laser mark accuracy.
• Ensure tooling diameter meets work order specifications.
• Package finished tools into tubes or envelopes.
• Complete second-party verification to ensure tool requirement accuracy.
• Prepare all required paperwork accurately and completely.
• Work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Accurately enter production transactions into Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Maintain strong 5S practices and support Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity (SQDIP) standards within the department.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to comprehend instructions, follow procedures, and multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Basic computer skills, including the use of a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and required software applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (AX Production System) is preferred but not required.

Schedule: 2nd Shift

Starting Pay: $17.76 per hour
