Responsibilities
  • Analyze production and operational processes to identify inefficiencies.
  • Collect and interpret data related to labor, materials, equipment, and workflow.
  • Assist in developing methods to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Conduct time studies and work measurement analyses.
  • Support facility layout and workflow optimization projects.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
  • Assist with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, charts, and presentations for management.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or process improvement.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with CAD software, ERP systems, or statistical software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Process mapping and workflow analysis.
  • Time and motion studies.
  • Data visualization and reporting.
  • Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies.
