Manufacturing & Production Superstar

Shift Details: Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

We are actively searching for reliable individuals to join our team as Production/Assembly Associates for an excellent manufacturing role. You will be responsible for creating plastic components on a production line, verifying the quality of finished goods, and readying items for shipment. This position requires a hands‑on approach within a high‑speed facility where maintaining safety, consistency, and high standards is essential.

Core Responsibilities:

• Assemble plastic components on a high-speed production line
• Oversee and manage the functionality of manufacturing machinery
• Support the injection molding process and general machine operation
• Ensure product excellence by identifying and reporting any defects
• Trim and process plastic parts to meet production specifications
• Organize finished goods to facilitate efficient packing
• Help maintain a clean and organized work area for the entire team
• Adhere to all safety and production protocols to ensure a secure environment
• Collaborate with coworkers to achieve daily production targets

Qualifications:

• Prior background in a manufacturing or production setting
• Experience with injection molding is highly valued
• Familiarity with operating production machinery
• Demonstrated history of punctuality and a strong professional work ethic
• Capability to remain standing for shifts lasting 8 hours or longer
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, and navigate the facility floor
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
• High level of attention to detail to ensure quality outcomes
• Dependable nature with a focus on being a supportive team member
