American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor and Delivery night shift position with cross‑training in LDRP and nursery responsibilities.

• Work in a hospital‑based Labor and Delivery unit with LDRP and GYN surgery patients
• Night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am on a 3x12 schedule
• Labor and delivery, circulating, OB triage, and acute care nursery care
• Care for GYN surgery patients and performing hearing screenings
• Patient ratios: 1:1 for labor, 1:2 for cytotec inductions, 1:1 for magnesium patients, 1:3 for couplet care, and 1:1 in sick nursery
• Use Omnicell medication system
• EPIC charting system experience required
• Float to other units or campuses if needed, consistent with skills and competencies
• Weekend coverage required every other weekend
• Call responsibilities are required
• Nurses perform their own hearing screenings for newborns
• Cross‑training required across labor and delivery, circulator, OB triage, and acute care nursery roles
• Assignment in a baby‑friendly facility
• Floating limited to areas where the RN is qualified and has demonstrated competencies
• Holiday coverage may be required as scheduled
• First‑time travelers may be considered, based on experience
• Travelers must live more than 100 miles from any Prisma facility to qualify, with reduced rates for 50.0-99.9 mile range and ineligibility under 50 miles

• Active RN license in SC or compact state
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate
• Minimum 1 year of recent labor and delivery experience required; 2 years preferred
• At least 1 year of experience with EPIC EMR
• Must provide two professional references for consideration
